AMS arranges for any and all needed aspects of vessel personnel administration; including recruitment, payroll, travel, visas, insurance claims, etc. We can provide the personnel or manage a client’s own resources.

Our ship’s officers and ratings are experienced professional, competent, commercially aware, trained, motivated, and safety conscious team players. While our specialty is tankers, we also know what it takes to man a dry cargo vessel or bulker. AMS is prepared to give our clients meaningful assurances of the quality and competence of our men. We will warrant acceptable experience, qualifications and performance of all of our marine personnel.

AMS also provides qualified personnel specifically for FPSO vessels. This includes Production Superintendents, Production Supervisors, Lead Operators, Process Operators, Instrument Technicians, Medics/Radio Operators, HLOs, and Crane Operators. Having provided services to FPSO vessels for more than a decade, we now have a pool of crewmembers trained to work on this type of vessel. Many of our crewmembers are long-time employees of AMS, and most have both marine and offshore experience. We have found our marine crews to be a cost-effective alternative on offshore projects. We understand the cultural differences between the offshore and marine worlds and our crewmembers and managers have successfully bridged that divide.
