AMS assists various clients in their FPSO operations with a full range of support services, including technical, insurance and other general unit services.

Technical Services
We provide the following technical support services to FPSO/FSO clients:

• Sourcing appropriate vessels for FPSO/FSO conversion and performing related due diligence

• Budgeting for refits, conversions, life extensions and prolonged periods on location

• Supervising refits, maintenance and/or repairs

• Implementation of planned maintenance systems

• Monitoring and performing maintenance and repair

• Sourcing spare gear and consumable stores

Insurance Services
AMS offers the following insurance services:

• Placing marine policies in the U.S., London and other major markets

• Handling both marine and liability insurance claims from beginning to end

FPSO/FSO General Services
Additional FPSO/FSO services are as follows:

• Mooring Master services

• Arranging offloads of cargos

• Changing of flag and registry of a ship

• Developing capital cost and operating budgets

• Reporting actual costs against budget

• Dealing with shore authorities and customs

• Handling labor disputes

If a full FPSO/FSO service package is not required, AMS will tailor a package to meet your specific needs. We are flexible in our approach, and we can either work within our client’s management team and established systems or complement those resources. Individual service bundles can be contracted full time or on an as-needed basis.
